The Inventum Double Cold Zone Frytood GF461B Has a total capacity of 5 liters, 2.5 liters per frying pan. The frying pans each have a capacity of 1800 watts. The fryer is equipped with removable inner pans and a stainless steel housing. With the double fryer you can fry fries and snacks at the same time. The heating element hangs directly in the liquid frying fat. As a result, the temperature sensor reacts much faster than with a traditional fryer.
